Being a daughter of a shinobi and a lawyer in Seattle tends to have benefits. Private school, money, privileges, but ever since she struggled violently to free herself, taking out one of her captors. That fight triggered her hunger to fight. At age 14, Makoto's talents were discovered by her mother and was soon trained for a few years before she went missing.
From there, Makoto was transferred in to Death Cram at age 18. 

(Personality)
Makoto can be incredibly hotheaded, impetuous, and confrontational. She isn't very serious or focused and tended to fool around, but was shown to be incredibly savvy. Regardless of her personality, Makoto can get be friendly towards others that don't push her buttons.

(Combat and Skills)
Her fighting style revolves on quick thinking and tricks, practically using any tactics to win regardless if it's dirty. Makoto also channels her chakra to do more damage.

BMW(Before Mastering Wukong)

Before mastering Wukong Arts she utilizes her chakra as a weapon from applying it to her body to applying it to items.

•Uzi

A sub-machine gun containing pellets. Non-lethal but can tear through clothes.

•Chakra/Wukong Barrier

Makoto uses random items from sebons to her own clothes and uses it as a shield. The barrier will only last 10 seconds.

•Mace (Double/Triple Ball)

Applying chakra to the maces, it can be a fast weapon with variations.
-Mace Rushdown: fast-pace barrage, but there's a 60% chance of Makoto getting tied up by it or get hit by the ball.
-Mace Roundabout: once thrown the maces can be used as boomerangs

Thanks to the guidance of her family, Makoto is now able to learn the following secret ninja techniques...

•Wukong Prowl (Tag With Murakumo)

Makoto applies her chakra onto one of Murakumo's wolf. Turning it into chakra beast.

•Kū Wukong ZIX(Tag with Shiki)

Shiki's "Kū Soku ZIX" but before she fires the bats, Makoto jumps inside the hat and then fires her with the bats. When fired, Makoto uses the Wukong punch (spinning).

•Wukong Matsuri/Festival(Tag with Minori)

Minori's Candy Party chases Makoto then she's uses Wukong kick (spinning) on the treats. Turning into small candy tornado.
My first Senran Kagura OC I ever made. As to "why?" A few of my friends introduced me to the series I began to enjoy it a lot ^^;
